What the service covers
Easi Takeoff measures construction drawings and returns an organised quantity schedule with marked-up plans.
The service is designed to remove the repetitive measuring work from your estimating process. You remain in control of labour rates, material rates, waste allowances, quotation terms and final commercial decisions.
Available measurements
The exact scope is agreed after the drawings have been reviewed.
Internal walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, elevations, render, plastering, insulation, plasterboard and other clearly identified surfaces.
Partitions, skirting, cornice, fascia, guttering, kerbs, trims and other linear items shown clearly on the drawings.
Doors, windows, fittings, boards, blocks, bricks or other repeated items where the drawing and specification provide enough information.
Concrete and similar volume measurements can be calculated where the relevant depth or thickness is stated on the drawings or supplied by the customer.

Common questions
No. Easi Takeoff provides drawing measurement and quantity takeoff support. It does not provide cost planning, contract administration, structural advice, design advice or statutory advice.
PDF construction drawings are preferred. They should include a readable scale or clear dimensions. Revised drawing numbers should be identified where possible.
Yes, where the relevant depth or thickness is shown on the drawings or supplied by you. Without a depth, we can provide the measurable plan area but not a reliable volume.
The completion date is confirmed with the fixed quotation. Straightforward takeoffs are normally targeted within three working days after approval and payment.
Only where specifically agreed. The schedule will state whether quantities are measured net, gross or include a stated allowance.
Yes. The results can help a homeowner understand measurable quantities, but contractors and suppliers should still check specifications, allowances and ordering requirements.
