Measured in the units your project needs
Construction drawings use different measurement conventions. We'll check the scale and agree units, deductions and required breakdowns before we start. These examples describe typical requests, not local professional accreditations.
United Kingdom
Quantity takeoffs for UK trades
From plastering and rendering to flooring and partitions, we measure agreed UK trade packages from PDF plans. Choose areas in m², lengths in metres, counts or supported volumes. We confirm the scale, any openings to deduct and floor or elevation splits before measuring.
Republic of Ireland
Construction take-offs for Irish builders
We provide take-offs from PDF plans and elevations in square metres, metres, counts and supported cubic units. Tell us which openings to deduct and whether figures should be split by room, storey or elevation. The delivered PDF records the agreed measurement basis.
United States
Material takeoffs from building plans
Request construction material takeoffs in square feet, linear feet and counts, with supported volumes where a reliable depth is provided. We agree feet-and-inches dimensions, deductions and drawing revisions first. This is a measurement service, not a priced contractor bid or local building-code review.
Australia
Building quantity take-offs
For Australian plans, request wall, floor, roof or elevation areas in m², lengths in metres and supported volumes in m³. We can split totals by room, level or material where the drawings support it. Please identify the current drawing revision and your opening-deduction rules.
Canada
Construction material takeoffs
Canadian plans may mix metric and imperial dimensions. Tell us whether you need m² or sq ft, metres or linear feet, counts or cubic units. We check the scale or known dimensions and agree rounding and conversions. Our English-language takeoff records the assumptions used.
New Zealand
Building takeoffs and material quantities
For New Zealand building drawings, we can measure floor and ceiling areas, elevations, linear work and supported volumes. Outputs can use m², metres and m³, split by floor or specification where shown. Tell us whether you want gross or net areas and which openings to deduct.
Working with both metric and imperial plans? Tell us which units you want returned. We'll agree any conversions and rounding with you before starting.
