Private file handling

Your drawings stay private

Each request receives a unique reference and your drawings are stored privately for the work needed to review, price and complete your takeoff.

Files for enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 30 days. Paid-project files are retained securely for 12 months after final delivery to support follow-up questions or agreed amendments.
